

Premiere at ghisallo: For the first Time we will offer a special menu for New Year’s Eve. On December 31 we will welcome our guests with a “Best Of” from the whole year.
The six course menu can be chosen from up to three dishes per course.
From Swordfish Carpaccio across the Tuscany Tatar until the Mangosoup with Red Snapper reaches the selection of starters.
Favoured pasta variations like Pumpkin Ravioli and Safran Tagliatelle with Prawns build a bridge to the main course classics such as Grilled Octopus, or Truffle Gnocchi and Roasted Venison.
The Finals: fluffy Chestnut Mascarpone Mousse or Lemon Sorbet with Prosecco. Raspberry and Basil.
The whole menu can be booked for 58,- Euro per person.
